“Deal first with whatever is causing you the greatest emotional distress. Often this will break the logjam in your work and free you up mentally to complete other tasks.”
Brian Tracy Author
One of my biggest challenge is to face my fears and tackle what I am avoiding most. My life can only flow when I address the issues that keep coming up over and over again- you know the ones that you just hope will disappear on their own. It is easy to get distracted and not face certain emotions or circumstances that keep appearing over and over again, hoping that by practicing avoidance they will go away. Unfortunately, until we face our greatest challenges head on, we will not get the vital lessons to be learned and will them repeat over and over again until we begin to realize that “I may need to cross this bridge and face whatever fear is before me so I can get to the other side.” You could approach it like a magical game, figure out and process the mystery and the next door in your life will open. You can’t get there if you continue to bury your feelings or bury your issues- they will just fester until it will be really painful and the only way out is to process your emotional stuff to give yourself some relief. When you do you will be free to create in ways you never thought were possible. I promise that when you decide to face your emotional issues, you will receive the tools to do so and those tools will allow you to move forward in life. Remember we are never alone, we just need to know where to turn when we are looking for help! When the student is ready, the teacher will appear – so when you make the decision to face your challenge, keep your eyes open for books, people, etc. that will come into your life to help you through it- heaven sent! God bless!
