Today you will officially count your joys! Write them down one by one to get started. While you may think it is easier to focus on what is going wrong in your life, rest assured that when you seek out what is going right, you will feel the love. So what is it that makes you happy? Perhaps the joy you get from waking up in the morning—let’s start there! Or maybe you have new opportunities to explore your talents. Even better, you have a roof over your head, clothes on your body, and food to eat, to name a few basics. You know you have so many blessings, if only you are willing to release your painful story for a moment to recognize them. Life is meant to be filled with joy. The law of attraction gives you what you are willing to give out. If you concentrate too much of your time and energy on what is wrong in your life, you may get more of the same. However, if you shift your focus to what is going right in your life, your joy will multiply! If you name your joys and talk about them, your energy will change, and your life will turn around. Start with five minutes and count your joys, taking a holiday from your woes. That may just be what the doctor ordered!
