Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.
~Eckhart Tolle, German-born author of A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose
While we know that we are blessed with so much, it gets particularly difficult to acknowledge these blessings when we have suffered a loss. Wanting to bask in the joy of connections with friends and family and desiring to experience an enthusiasm for the continuing learning process that lies ahead, even in the face of adversity, we can choose to focus on the positive of the world rather than dwell on the negative. However, if we acknowledge the pain in our heart from the loss of any relationship, we honor the good of what that tie represented to us as well. To acknowledge our feelings as a result of the loss of the connection is an important step to owning our healing process, especially around the holidays that will soon be here. By remembering the good times and recognizing the sadness as well, we move toward a stronger foundation after the grief does pass. When we find support to assist us in the process, the connection makes the road to healing easier. Find the mentor who has already had this experience, and be guided and loved through the pain. For in this way, we can acknowledge whatever wounds come up as well as the abundance that comes as a result.
Magical Key to Bliss: Build on a solid foundation that will assist you for years to come!
