Today, even if you are going through challenges with your health, relationships, job, or the like, stand in gratitude for all that continues to function well in your life. Focus on what you are enjoying, and continue to be grateful for that. Be grateful for your eyes if you are able to see the beautiful colors all around you, your ears if you can hear the amazing sounds of life, your brain if you are able to process your experience here, and your body if you are still able to move gracefully free from significant pain. While you may not be able to change what is going wrong in your world right now, by focusing on what is going right, you get a reprieve if only for just a moment from the difficult time, as you recognize that your existence still holds a purpose. As long as you are here, you still have things to do. As long as you love, you still have people to engage with. As long as you have set goals, you have something to strive for. Even if the challenges seem overwhelming, you can handle them easier if you make a shift and focus on the magic of your life while embracing the positive energy that will surround you.
