Glorious Living is a State of Mind-

Glorious Living is a State of Mind-

“Everyone can have a luxury life. It’s a state of mind. It’s not necessarily about having the biggest house. It’s about living life to the fullest.”

Paul MiklasDeveloper

The old adage “you cannot buy happiness” rings true.  Material things may give you pleasure for a moment in time, but it will never replace the warm embrace of a loved one.  The richest individuals I know are surrounded by love, are enveloped by joy, and  are connected to those around them.  We are all seeking a life that satisfies our soul.  If we take a step back and really think about what that means to each of us, we may get a better guide on the direction we are going.    Some of us may become misguided by what the world or the media defines as that something that will complete us.  We have all seen the advertisements suggesting that if we had the latest fashion accessories or the most beautiful house or the fastest car, we will then be happy.  While retail therapy may give us a moment’s high, it is even better shared in the company of friends.  The reality is if we don’t have those special people in our lives then there is no one to share the journey with.  There are so many ways to live life to the fullest.  You need to go within and define what glorious living means to you.  It can be so simple as walking your dog as the sun rises over the bay.  It can be as beautiful as a shared smile between two strangers.  It can be as basic as wishing someone a good morning, listening to a friend in need, having them listen to you, or just opening your heart to what the day brings.  There are so many opportunities to really live your life to the fullest today-spread your arms to the sky and welcome the chance with great spirit.  If you do so, you feel like the richest person in the world!  And that my friends is more than glorious!
