“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
Dr. Seuss
From stories relayed over the years, our roots lie in a rich tradition of immigrants who came to this country in search of a better life through education and hard work. Members of our families became teachers, lawyers, doctors, judges, all with the underlying foundation that they would pay back this great opportunity through knowledge, public service and acts that make a difference in the lives of others. We are part of a valuable tradition that lends a hand to not just being in this world, but leaving it better than before we came. One that encourages reading to expand our conscious awareness of the universe and its actors. One that infuses meaning in the small acts of kindness as we connect with others on a daily basis. And a tradition where our love of learning and perseverance follows us throughout our days. That love of learning will take us to new places, will allow us to discover new cultures, and will have us living our life outside the “figurative” box. We will never be stuck in life as long as we don’t limit our own self-actualization. Be creative. Draw and design visions of how we wish to see the world and then get busy making it happen. Build on a hearty tradition of education and hard work. Then the joyous adventure will always be ours to share.
Magical Key to Bliss: Keep the door open to learning and in an act of service invite others to join you.
