If you feel sad, state: “I am hopeful” and seek positive support to help breakthrough to a better place. Whatever you want to manifest in your life, change your own mental chatter. Do your best to set aside the negativity that can get you stuck and start programming your mind with visions of possible. The world can deliver some difficult blows at times. But with your ‘I am’ resolve, you are able to kick start your potential into reality. Do your best to know that there is good and it is in process, plant the seeds that strengthen your positive mental attitude and you give yourself a chance to grow.
